Because of this, don’t eat silica gel and keep silica gel away from children, pets and drunken frat parties. If a person or an animal consumes silica gel packet, they will quite be likely OK, but you need to find the advice of the medical services to be safe.
Silica gel dust can be an irritant, so a filter mask, if you work with them and try to avoid the grinding of beads or with silica gel powder.
